Growing up in a small town in Ohio, I spent my time trying to fill my days up with as many activities as possible - from musical performances to physics and star-gazing to teaching myself to craft games using javascript, I found my passions in creating with others.

My desire to connect with people through creative means led me to pursue a BA in Game Design and Programming at Columbia College Chicago, where I am currently a sophomore.

As a Technical Assistant for network management as well as a Tutor for Columbia's Interactive Arts and Media Department, I tutor students in methods of game development and programming.

In addition to being a tutor, I am an administrator for Columbia's premiere game dev organization, AlphaLab, where I teach students about the games industry and the development process through hands-on workshops and collaboration with devs across the city of Chicago. I also organize and host 36-hour Game Jams for the school.
